Can I make my Booking over Phone?

Yes, you can make booking over phone. Once confirmed you need to pay 50% of the amount as token advance.

How do I know my reservation is Confirmed?

As soon as you complete the booking process the confirmation page appears. Also we send you a SMS to your registered mobile no and a copy of email to your registered ID.

How can I make a special request? For example: a sea view, twin beds, room on a certain floor or dietary needs?

During the booking process you can enter any special requests into the ‘Special Requests’ box on the ‘Contact Info’ page. Once you have received your booking confirmation you can follow-up with the hotel directly to confirm that your request can be met.

Is Breakfast included with my Room Rate?

Breakfast is not included with a regular booking unless you are booking a special package that includes breakfast in the rate. 

What are the add-on facilities that the hotel provides?

Yes, you can visit the FACILITIES page in our Website.

Does the Hotel have Restaurant? When it is Open?

Yes, the hotel has a Roof Top Restaurant facing Sea. It is Open from 6.00 AM to 11 PM.

At what time is the Checkin ?

Generally hotel rooms are available from 12noon.

At what time is the checkout?

Check-out is generally at 12noon.

How many rooms can be booked at once?

For each reservation you can book up to 3 rooms online. If you require more rooms, please contact our service centre or the hotel.

Are extra beds available at your Hotel?

Yes we do provide extra bed at an additional charge of Rs.500

How can I see which features are included in the price?

A detailed overview will be shown beneath the rate grid, if you click on a rate or category. The rate description will show every included service.

Which online payment methods do you offer?

You can use your Debit / Credit Card and Net Banking for making payment.

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept credit cards from MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Why did I not receive a booking confirmation?

It may happen in very rare cases that you do not receive a booking confirmation due to technical issues, although you preceded the booking until the end and the amount has been reserved on your credit card. In this case, please contact our service center or the hotel, which can re-send your confirmation.

Can I check-in without my reservation number?

We accept credit cards from MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Which credit cards are accepted?

Yes, in case you forgot your reservation number, you can check-in anyway by stating for which name the booking has been made.

Can I cancel only certain parts of my reservation (for example one of the two booked rooms)?

If you wish to cancel a part of your reservation, please contact our Front Office. But this should be done 3 days before checkin.

Do you provide to and from Transportation from the Airport / Railway Station?

We are sorry, but we do not provide transportation to and from the airport / Railway Station.

Is my ID/passport required at check in?

We require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

Do you have any late Departure Fee?

Yes, we calculate on the extra time you have taken from the actual check out time.

Are Pets allowed in your Hotel?

No, we do not allow pets in our premises.

Do you have a SPA? What are the hours?

Yes we do have SPA in our premises which is open all day between 10 am to 7 pm.
